Fanny Smith
This is Fanny! In her early 90's. She's blind. She literally "knits" her way through each day. That smile isn't fake. Such a lovely personality. Fanny may miss a stitch now and then but her work is beautiful. She knits and I sit and listen to her tell me about her past, her marriage, her deceased husband, her many children, grand and great-grand children living all around the country. Fanny is part of the "family" at the Jeanne Juggan Residence. Lovingly cared for by the Little Sisters of The Poor.
