Jeff Waters
This is ol' Jeff. Part of the "family" at the Jeanne Juggan Residence run by the Little Sisters of The Poor. Yep, ol' Jeff is defintely a strong/silent type personality. A proverbial "gentle giant" of a man. Came from poverty in the South. Worked hard all his life. "Now it's just time to sit back and take it easy." Jeff and I watched a lot of TV together. Sitting silently.
